Potluck Brunch
Actor Michael Gross, the yin to our Meredith Baxter’s yang, will be regaling us with tales from the Family Ties front and his journey through to Tremors. Entertainment writer, Jim Colucci is dishy, fun. and funny, and his just dropped, Golden GIrls Forever is perhaps the most sensual book I’ve ever held in my hands, barring mine of course. It is the most beautiful. And fab! And, as if that t’weren’t enough, MaryJo Mundy, who I’ve heard sing at Hillary’s is gonna let rip on Laura Nyro tunes. Whether you’re a fan of Laura’s or not (we have some youngins’) you will be of MaryJo’s and through her, Laura. I promise. One of the most amazing voices I’ve heard in my life. I have goosebumps just thinking about her singing. In LA?!? You don’t have to be Jewish, a writer, or, a woman, to join us. Just enjoy great entertainment, food, and company. *

I know I’m a pain-in-the-ass… I can be your pain-in-the-ass.
Yeah, I’m everywhere… promoting the show… on The Facebook (on my 3 pages… not unlike My Three Sons, only different), Twitter, Google +, LinkedIn, Instagram… to over 30,000 peoples, ad nauseam. Not. Come on. It’s kinda fun. Look at the guests, dammit. And, there’s a fuckton more of ‘em to come. And, response has been whack. In the good way.
Whilst this is brand spanking new, I’m offering ad time for dirt. The show airs three times in a week, and then, is forever (long after we’re ash) archived on the SoundCloud and iTunes (as soon as the artwork is readied––hurry, Dj). Have a show, film, book, cd, appearance, product or service to promote? I give major bang… for the buck. And that’s about what it’ll cost ya. Now. You part with a measly few bucks and I do the work, posting like lunatic… yakking like a fool… presenting the best of the best, at their relaxed and most charming. And, if you’re nice, I’ll link to your shit from my website. That’s bonus bang! Hit songwriter Shelly Peiken was the first artist I asked, and I didn’t even have to make this long fashtinking case. She jumped. Hear her spot for Confessions of a Serial Songwriter on this week’s show. See, I do stuff like that, too. Syndication is the goal… I go, you come with. Ya think there’s a chance in hell that shit isn’t gonna happen? Three psychics and an astrologer guarantee it. And then I’ll be charging mega dough… for the same shit.
I can hear you.

If you’re coming on the 2, it’s the 2nd Verdugo exit going east… the one that says, to LaCanada, 210… And the townhouse is on the south side of the street despite what the GPS says… north and south addresses, same side of the street.  go figure..

Samantha’s going to NYU- JUMP!
It’s Amazon’s #1 Best Summer Read.
Don’t Jump is a delicious roman à clef ala Carrie Fisher, with the emotional honesty and deft writing of a modern Dorothy Parker. It has an intelligence without snobbery, a wit beyond crudity, a sensitivity without preachiness .. and is funny as all hell.”
Hubert OHearn, San Francisco Book Review
“Vicki’s writing is exquisite, worthy of a standing ovation… When the book wasn’t in my hands, I was bored to tears with the things that normally lull me into slumber… This 12 Act dark comedy felt real to the point that it was a memoir written through the voice of an impeccable writer… Hi, my name is Annie. It has been 8 days since I have read Don’t Jump… And I will never be the same.”
Book Banshee

“Told with true grit and splendor, you will not want to put this book down.”
