WHAT: Rémy Martin cognac presented the Gaurdians of The Galaxy Vol. 2 Screening at The Whitby Hotel and After Party at the Skylark in New York on Wednesday May 3rd. The event, created by The Cinema Society, was attended by major talent from the film, industry executives and influencers. At the after party, Rémy Martin created specialty cocktails to celebrate the film including Peter Quill’s Potion (made with Rémy Martin 1738), Galaxy Blast (made with Rémy Martin VSOP), and Drax’s Fuel (made with Rémy Martin V).

7:00 PM Zoe Saldana was the first to make it to the red carpet at the Whitby Hotel and immediately embraced husband Marco Perego (not pictured) who patiently awaited her arrival. She graced the carpet before co-star Dave Bautista ran up and hugged her.

7:05 PM Diane Kruger arrived to show support for the film and hugged friends in the lobby for the screening. Diane mentioned her favorite outfits from Monday’s MET Gala.

7:10 PM JJ Abrams also made an appearance on the red carpet and briefly connected with Zoe before making his way in to the screening.

7:13 PM Dave Bautista playfully flexed and posed for the cameras before taking pictures with wife Sarah Jade.

7:15 Andrew Rannells also made an appearance at the event. When discussing the finale of Girls, Andrew mentioned how thankful he was for the experience and how excited he was for the next chapter in his life. Book of Mormon Co-star Nikki M James was also in attendance and chatted with Andrew about outfits before making their way inside the screening.

10:00 PM Guests arrived to the after party at the Skylark.

10:15 PM Zoe arrived holding hands with husband Marco Perego. She was immediately greeted with cocktails by Rémy Martin.

10:30 PM Guests were seen drinking Rémy Martin cocktails and jamming to current top 40 like Ed Sheeran’s Shape of You.
