Los Angeles, CA (The Hollywood Times) 6/4/22 – REGARD Magazine hosted a Summer Issue Release Party on the evening of Thursday, June 2nd, 2022 at the Sofitel Hotel located at 8555 Beverly Boulevard in Beverly Hills.  BURN180 presented the smashing soiree hosted by cover girl Tricia Helfer.

 
Helfer portrayed the Goddess of All Creation on the LA-based fantasy show LUCIFER as well as Cylon Model Number Six on Ronald D. Moore’s re-imagined BATTLESTAR GALACTICA series.  The statuesque Canadian actress is no stranger to REGARD Magazine, having previously appeared in the February 2014 issue.

Other special guests included Cara Buono (STRANGER THINGS) and Sophia Ali (THE WILDS) plus countless others from the YA universe.  And international DJ HAMX performed catchy live beats all night long!  

 
Refreshments could be had at Riviera 31, Sofitel’s stunning bar lounge which is one of the area’s favorite celebrity hot spots.  All comers left with VIP gift bags containing skincare products from High on Love.

The luxurious celebration supported the cause of child sexual exploitation and forced prostitution through the Foundation for a Slavery Free World.  The non-profit was formed by actress Marisol Nichols (RIVERDALE, THE VALET), whom MARIE CLAIRE Magazine dubbed a “Hollywood Vigilante”.  In 2017, President Barack Obama recognized Nichols with the President’s Distinguished Service Volunteer Award for her valuable contributions to the world community.
