With over 100 interviews conducted over 3 years, we’re invited to journey to Japan’s underground hentai party scene while we celebrate the win for Japan’s first openly transgender elected official above ground.
Queer Japan intertwines the necessary and seemingly surreal in 110 minutes of unexpected beauty.
