Beverly Hills, CA (The Hollywood Times) 5/9/17 – This mothers day weekend in Beverly Hills Montage Hotel iconic champagne house Perrier-Jouët will celebrate Mother’s Day, inviting Angeleno moms and their families to toast the holiday throughout the weekend. The brand will activate an elegant ‘panier de fleurs’ – floral cart – where guests can create bouquets using abundant, bright flowers inspired by Perrier-Jouët’s Belle Époque Rosé located at Geoffrey Zakarian’s Los Angeles restaurant, Georgie at Montage Beverly Hills.
The cart – which was curated by acclaimed florist Tom Borgese Floral Design, who has previously been featured in Martha Stewart Living, New York Weddings, Real Simple, and Domino– will be open to the public from Friday, May 12 through Saturday, May 13 11:30AM-2:30PM PST and Sunday, May 14 from 11:00AM-3:00PM PST. Belle Époque Rosé will be available for purchase by the bottle and glass, complimenting Georgie’s wide selection of breakfast and lunch fare – in-house baked goods, egg dishes, fresh fruits and tartines.
Belle Époque Rosé is a generous vintage offering magnolia and honeysuckle flavors enhanced with pear and peach notes and a hint of mineral sparkle. The cuvée offers rounded yet delicate aromas of red fruits (red currants, raspberries and pomegranate) combined with blood orange and grapefruit, followed by hints of nuts, brioche, honey and caramel. The palate is intense, generous and powerful, yet delicate, with purity of fruit, great finesse and a long, lingering finish. Each cuvée is minutely crafted, like silk lace, unveiling the floral, stylish and diamond-cut style of the House.
