This savory Wine & Food Experience is a quintessential gourmet event to sample an eclectic collection of Los Angeles fine food, wine and craft beer. The culinary flavors of Southern California are anticipated to be on full display.
Martha Stewart said: “In Los Angeles, the food must always look as good as it tastes. What many don’t realize is the huge variety of food cultures in this vast city. Join me, on December 1st, with USA TODAY and many of my chef friends as we explore and taste the bountiful flavors of Southern California.”
The Martha Stewart Experience serves as the official event entry and features a tented entrance with a “Celebrating with Martha” theme showcasing Martha-designed products. Guests can get creative with Martha’s Celebrations line at Michaels; snap a selfie at a café table with Martha in the backdrop; explore the lifestyle leader’s newest lines from Macy’s tabletop; grab a glimpse of a cool ‘utensil chandelier;’ and explore kitchen gear, books, Martha’s QVC product line, and more.
The Grand Tasting is central to the Wine & Food Experience. This vast food and beverage sampling experience features chefs, restaurateurs and gourmet leaders greeting guests as they enjoy wine, craft beer, spirits and special bites. The Grand Tasting also spotlights a schedule of wine and beverage seminars and cooking demonstrations. In Los Angeles, Stewart presents a cooking demonstration on the Culinary Stage located within the Grand Tasting, which all guests can enjoy. Other chefs also will be featured on the Culinary Stage.
Featured Chefs. Among featured chefs are Timothy Hollingsworth of Otium LA, Reika Alexander of Chateau Hanare and Antonia Lofaso of DAMA, and Border Grill’s Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken.
