Kut From The Kloth Launches USA Premium Heritage Denim

By Meg Taylor

Los Angeles, CA (The Hollywood Times) 11/10/18 – Kut From the Kloth debuted their made in the USA Premium Heritage Denim line Thursday at the Sofitel Hotel featuring a star studded guest list, model installations and more.

The new denim line is handcrafted in Los Angeles through an eco-friendly process. Designed with laser technology, the rich contemporary washes capture history in the making with their comfortable cotton blends that grow more authentic with each wear.

“In 2006 Kut from the Kloth was born. We discovered that women were looking for a clothing brand that was designed with their needs and lifestyle in mind, and for every stage of her life,” said Kut from the Kloth’s designer, Evelyn Ober. “They were looking for well-made, on-trend pieces designed with impeccable quality and a great fit. Today, we are excited to introduce the Premium Heritage Denim line to keep Kut’s legacy and trends at the forefront of the denim industry.”

Hosted by Kristine Leahy (Fair Game FS1 & American Ninja Warriors NBC), the launch party was a blast. Live music by Caliboca, lite bites and signature Chandon cocktails, live denim activations, models, and complimentary gift bags made for a very fun, memorable evening. Guests at the launch party included Gretchen Christine Rossi (former Real Housewife of Orange County), Mercedes Javid (Shah’s of Sunset), Savannah Kennick (Netflix Arrested Development), Ava Cantrell (Young Sheldon), and Patricia Kara (Deal or No Deal).  All of the stars on the red carpet were excited to see what the new line has in store.

“Today what I’m most excited about is fashion,” said actress Jessica Ross (Fifteen Seconds Fame). “I love denim. It’s fall [and] the weather’s actually starting to get cooler in LA, so I’m definitely excited to check out some new pairs of jeans.”

Rossi and Leahy both rocked my favorite piece from Kut’s collection, the red Noelia faux fur collar coat. The bold red paired with the fur makes this coat the perfect staple piece for all fall/winter outfits. Both women paired their coats with pieces from the heritage collection.

“Their gorgeous jeans are so comfortable,” said Rossi. “They’re all made in the USA which I think is amazing. I just love this company and I’m so excited to be here tonight and check out all the fun stuff they have going on.”

“The jeans are fun! It’s really hard for me to find jeans that fit well. I’m tall and I’ve got a butt,” said Leahy. “These jeans are great, they’re high-waisted. I’m excited to see how people style everything.”
