About The Jonathan Foundation

The Jonathan Foundation was formed in 2001, founded by Raja Marhaba. It all began when both of her sons were diagnosed with ADHD and learning disabilities. Today both boys Jonathan and Omar sit on the Board of The Jonathan Foundation and are actively involved. They mentor children, speak with them and help them to better understand what they are going through and they are not alone, that their disability is not a disability but a “gift”. They connect with our special needs children on a level most people cannot because they lived the path these children are currently walking.

The Jonathan Foundation has established an Assessment Scholarship Program. Proceeds from this Fundraiser will go towards funding assessments. These Assessments may include, but are not limited to; psychoeducational, occupational therapy, speech and language, assistive technology, functional behavioral assessments, etc. The Jonathan Foundation advocates for children diagnosed with, but not limited to, Autism, Asperger’s Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disability, and XXX Syndrome.
