Here’s Your Gay Desert Guide for the Weekend: Sept 30–Oct 2, 2022🌴

Sept 30–Oct 2, 2022

Brad Fuhr Bella da Ball
“Starry, starry night. Paint your palette blue and gray.” The opening lyrics to a Don McLean song that introduced me to Vincent Van Gogh in 1972. Over the years, I’ve collected or been gifted many images from that painting – and other works of the storied painter. After attending Thursday’s press opening of Beyond Van Gogh, I now have a pair of commemorative socks and a keychain to add to my collection!

The “immersive experience” is a pricey ticket, but it’s such a unique way to see his works and learn about his life. You may want to make a stop at Lighthouse Coachella before you attend. Just saying…

And I look forward to seeing many of you in Idyllwild Saturday for “Pride Under the Pines”!
