The production has involved Native American advisors for input in presenting this sensitive subject matter.” said New Mexico State Film Office Director Nick Maniatis. “Scalped” is the story based on a critically acclaimed sixty issue crime/western comic book series written by Jason Aaron and illustrated by R.M. Guéra.
