Gracias Madre WeHo’s Clarified Margarita

Beverage Director Maxwell Reis at Gracias Madre West Hollywood is excited to team-up with LALO Tequila(details on the brand below) on February 22nd for National Margarita Day and Taco Tuesday. Guests can head to Melrose Ave and enjoy a Clarified Margarita ($20) made with LALO Tequila Blanco, Clarified Lime Cordial, Orange Bitters, and Citrus Saline rim.

“This margarita is more of a tip of the hat to a good ole roses lime gimlet than a traditional margarita. My Clarified margarita is a cocktail you sip and take seriously – plus it’s pretty! It’s a really fun foray into technique and exploring how we perceive texture in cocktails.” – Beverage Director Maxwell Reis.

Since National Margarita Day is on Taco Tuesday, don’t forget about Gracias Madre’s Taco Tuesday Taco Flights which includes menu favorites such as the Braised Jackfruit Carnitas or Mushroom Al Pastor Tacos. Guests will have the option to upgrade their taco flight margarita to the premium Clarified Margarita on National Margarita Day.
