With the recent passing of Pultizer Prize-winning critic Jonathan Gold,  we revisit SiriusXM host and restaurateur Will Guidara’s interview with the famed food critic who passed on Saturday, July 21 of pancreatic cancer.

Gold sat down for a one-hour interview with Guidara back in May and shared many details of his storied life with Guidara crediting Gold for “…influencing the direction in which restaurants are written about.”
