By Valerie Milano

Los Angeles, CA (The Hollywood Times) 9/26/21 – Prevail Boxing, LA’s Knockout fitness studio, just opened its 2nd location in North Hollywood (11112 Magnolia Blvd). The 2,500 square foot NOHO studio joins the original location in West Hollywood (5957 W. 3rd Street), both continuing to make the safety of its members first priority and always in line with county, state, and CDC recommended guidelines. Inspiring murals such as Muhammed Ali and Koby Bryant decorate the large, open floor plans.

SWEAT is what their community knows them best for – it’s the perfect blend of fundamental boxing technique & the latest in full body conditioning packed into a high-energy, music-fueled circuit workout aimed at helping you achieve a killer physique & a champion mindset. While you can always expect a carefully crafted balance of boxing & full-body burn, we have three variations on our signature SWEAT class to challenge your body, engage your mind, and give you just the right dose of aerobic, anaerobic, and strength training. All you have to do is show up. In SWEAT they aim to match the pacing experienced in a real boxing match; figuratively speaking, of course. It’s the perfect blend of maximum fat burning, accompanied by a memorable metabolic conditioning. Envision working at a steady pace, nonstop from the minute the bell rings, and then–seamlessly transitioning to a whole new level of explosiveness. 45 minutes of boxing, agility, low-impact plyometrics and active recovery (because you might need it!). Whether you’re training for a fight or fighting off those extra lbs, consider this class your scale’s biggest rival. All levels are welcome.

“Prevail N. Hollywood is the next progression in our boxing and fitness offerings. After years of refining our program in a smaller space, we’ve had plenty of time to dream about what would come next. When we originally found the space, it was completely raw and this time around we dedicated a lot more planning and resources to custom build a workout space with the goal of teaching our community the sweet science.” – Milan Costich, founder of Prevail Boxing
