LOS ANGELES (August 18, 2016) — Film financier and producer Demian Gregory is pleased to announce the launch of Aristocracy Group, a consortium of media companies specializing in production and financing of filmed entertainment. With offices in London and Los Angeles, Aristocracy finances and produces an impressive slate of up to six commercially driven feature films per year, with budgets ranging from $6M to $30M USD. Through its own dedicated sources, comprising specialist banks and private equity funds, Aristocracy provides financing for film and televisions productions in the form of equity investments, senior and junior debt, incorporating mezzanine, as well as short-term lending for pre-production and development.

Composite Media Capital, a specialist US-based financing outfit part-owned by Gregory, will disperse up to $30M of structured equity finance in its first year into Aristocracy’s slate, for an aggregate production spend in excess of $80M.

“Aristocracy has been structured to become an empowering force fueling the entertainment industry.” Said Gregory “Our dynamic approach to financing allows us to handle commercially viable film genres that often still have great difficulty getting made. Our first line-up is particularly exciting and I am looking forward to the forthcoming film markets and festivals.”

Gregory, only 27, has already garnered the attention of some of Hollywood’s biggest players in addition to his extensive network, internationally, ranging from royal families to major film stars, directors, producers and entrepreneurs.

Gregory was recently a special guest at a private event in Beverly Hills hosted by Brett Ratner celebrating the UN’s achievements. Guests included UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, Larry King, Mariah Carey, Stevie Wonder, Peter Bogdanovich, Sharon Stone and Dakota Johnson, among others.

Gregory divides his time between London, New York and Los Angeles.
