By Valerie Milano

Los Angeles, CA (The Hollywood Times) 6/3/21 – OUTLOUD: Raising Voices is a charity event produced by Jeff Consoletti and Artie Kenny. This concert will feature notable artists, such as Adam Lambert and Sam Sparro. The event will be held both in-person at the Los Angles Memorial Coliseum and online (streamed for free over Twitch). Consoletti’s consulting firm, JJ-LA LLC, is partnering with Pride Live, a nonprofit 501c3, to host the event. While the funds raised at the event and over Twitch will go to specific charities, such as Stonewall National Monument, Atlanta Pride, Boston Pride, Orlando Pride, Phoenix Pride, Translash, and Trans Tech. The event will be one of the first live events since the onset of the pandemic shutdown.

Founder & Principal of JJ|LA, Jeff Consoletti

One of the founders of Outloud, Jeff Consoletti, is the Executive Producer of the LA Pride Festival and has produced significant events including the Super Bowl, MLB All-Stars, Rose Bowl, The Oscars, and Coachella. Consoletti got his start working in an ad agency in his twenties. Consoletti credits his mentor and first boss, Melanie Paykos, for showing him how to run a successful business. Eventually, he would work at a notable event-planning firm. However, after being laid off, Consoletti began his own venture by developing a portfolio with high-profile clients. Sheer determination and drive motivated Consoletti to successfully build his career.

Consoletti emphasized that his main concern is safety at his events and has taken multiple precautions to ensure guests are protected against COVID-19.

When THT asked Jeff about any surprises in response this is what we found out: legendary costumer, Johnny Wujek, is designing Sofi Tukker wardrobe for the show.

THT: What resources for curating your lineup?
