The 35th Outfest Los Angeles LGBT Film Festival opened last night with a star-studded affair including Kristin Chenoweth and Zachary Quinto who presented the Achievement Award to Bryan Fuller.

Leo, an aspiring drag superstar, is stuck working in a fish cannery in Alaska, trapped in the monotony of fist fights and fish guts. Out of necessity, Leo learns to fight back, which catches the attention of the local boxing coach. When a new boy moves to town and wants to be his sparring partner, Leo has to face the real reason why he is stuck in Alaska.
