With Life Is Beautiful coming up next week in Las Vegas from September 16 – 18, BACARDÍ Rum is excited to be back at this year’s festival for the fifth time with a host of exciting activities to share. From a Rolling Stone kick-off party to a bevy of festival-inspired cocktails at CASA BACARDÍ, and an exciting performance by Farruko in partnership with FirstTube Media, BACARDÍ is offering plenty of opportunities to celebrate during festival weekend.
First on the docket for the weekend is the Rolling Stone x BACARDÍ Life Is Beautiful kick-off party, taking place on Friday, September 16th at Ayu Dayclub. In partnership with Rolling Stone magazine, the party is an opportunity for guests to enjoy signature rum cocktails, like the Desert Mojito and Life’s A Beach – recipes below, as well as live musical performances. Additionally, two emerging artists from the latest BACARDÍ Music Liberates Music campaign will be performing at the party – including Ric Wilson and BenjiFlow. Onsite at the festival, BACARDÍ is activating CASA BACARDÍ at Life Is Beautiful this year, which will be the first-ever always-on dance party at the fest. The activation will feature performances by globally renowned artists such as Buscabulla, Tibasko, Gian Verala and more, as well as dance tutorials and DJ sets by BACARDÍ partners, May Or and Pellow Yellow. The space will also offer iconic photo moments, custom giveaways, salsa lessons and even a Selena sing-along, so there is plenty of Latin Caribbean vibes in the BACARDÍ footprint to enjoy all weekend long.
In addition to live music and activities, CASA BACARDÍ will be serving up exclusive cocktails like the Desert Mojito, Life’s A Beach, BACARDÍ Par-Tea, Tropicola and Hotel Nacional. These serves will be available inside CASA BACARDÍ and most at general admission bars, so they can be enjoyed by 21+ festivalgoers, while take in the sounds of artists like Jack Harlow, Arctic Monkeys, Migos, Lorde and more.
Additionally, BACARDÍ will be partnering with FirstTube Media to host an exclusive performance at CASA BACARDÍ by none other than iconic Puerto Rican artist, Farruko. A two-time Latin Grammy Award winner, Farruko is best known for his hit summer song, “Pepas” and his collaborations with artists like Bad Bunny, J Balvin, Nicki Minaj and more. The performance will take place on Saturday, September 17th at 7:30 p.m. and will be accompanied by a live stream on the BACARDÍ YouTube channel HERE.

Desert Mojito
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz BACARDÍ Superior Rum
- 0.75 oz Cocktail & Sons Mint & Lemon Verbena Syrup
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 2.5 oz Soda Water
Method: Add all ingredients except the soda water to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice. Top with soda water and gently stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Life’s A Beach
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro
- 0.75 oz Reál Passion Fruit-Infused Syrup
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 1.5 oz Coconut Water
Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
BACARDÍ Par-Tea
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz BACARDÍ Spiced
- 1.5 oz Lemonade
- 1.5 oz Peach Tea
Method: Add ingredients to a highball glass filled with cubed ice and gently stir to combine. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
BACARDÍ Hotel Nacional
Ingredients:
- 2 oz BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho
- 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.25 oz Lime Juice
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Apricot Liqueur
Method: Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
