Robert St. Martin is an occasional contributor to this magazine. He writes about live theatre as well as independent and foreign-language cinema. He is interested in both classic theatre repertoire as well as the work of new playwrights. So too with cinema, he prefers to examine the less-noticed films of other countries rather than the mainstream Hollywood releases.
