“ALL-IN” features 13 new arrangements and re-imagines some of the world’s most-loved iconic songs. The arrangements incorporate a live orchestra with pop elements mixed throughout.

(ABBA), Tears in Heaven (Eric Clapton), Unbreak My Heart (Toni Braxton), Kiss from a Rose (Seal), Earth Song (Michael Jackson), Moves Like Jagger (Maroon 5), Love Runs Out (One Republic), My Heart Will Go On (Celine Dion), Latin standard Quizás, Quizás Quizás, Superstition (Stevie Wonder), Somebody to Love (Queen), and Hallelujah (Leonard Cohen).

Part of this scintillating repertoire was recently showcased at a private reception hosted at the Sofitel Hotel located at 8555 Beverly Boulevard on Thursday, October 12th from 7:30-10:30 p.m. All ablaze in a beautiful red sequin ensemble, Assia Assatt commanded the stage with an élan generally seen in much older performers and garnered cheers and standing ovations throughout her set. She dedicated the performance to hurricane victims in Mexico and other parts of the Western Hemisphere.

Humberto Gatica has already won 16 Emmys and may very well have another big hit on his hands with “ALL-IN.” In an exclusive interview with this reporter following the reception and showcase he expressed great satisfaction over Assia Ahhatt’s ability to adapt quickly in an American pop music milieu. “She would never give up!” he exclaimed.

Gatica also shared some thoughtful remarks about the role of music in bridging global barriers. His own extraordinary track record in the music industry is testament to this mission.
