ABOUT RISE NATION:  Using only a Climbing machine that simulates climbing a mountain, you will get a full body booty kickin’ workout. The classes are taught in a space that is similar to a nightclub; it starts when the blackout shades go down and the art installation that hangs from the ceiling starts to pulsate bright lights. The base-y rap & dance remixes get you in the zone and make you feel like you are unstoppable as you have an amazing sweat sesh.

Rise Nation is the first and only true 30-minute, full body workout, is created by mastermind Jason Walsh. He is notorious for the transformation of Bradley Cooper in American Sniper and Matt Damon for the Bourne movie. He has helped Jessica Biel get her pre-baby body back and whip Justin Timberlake back into concert performance shape. He is currently working with Emma Stone leading into her next major roll, Battle of the Sexes.
