Los Angeles, California (The Hollywood Times) 3/22/2021 –  Anna Alimani, who has almost 80k followers on Instagram, is a thriving model who recently graced the cover of L’Officiel India amongst many others last year and is also a businesswoman, and it shows in her many witty and visually appealing posts. Anna has beauty and brains, in addition to her successful modeling career, she is also a Manhattan realtor and sells luxury properties.

You have graced the covers of top fashion magazines. What drives you?

The question is; what DOESN’T drive me? It has always been my ultimate goal and dream to even get just ONE cover- and I was so overjoyed when I got my first magazine cover at the beginning of 2019; about a year or so later I have not just 1 but 10 top fashion magazine covers including L’Officiel. The most important driving factor for me is that I want to be seen, I want to be known, I want NOTORIETY I want to be that “it” girl. For me, being a cover model defines me on a different level than just an average model, it gives me more status and value in all aspects of my life and gives me leveraging power in whatever endeavors I choose to pursue.

You have a diverse background in modeling and real estate. Tell us more.

So this is an interesting question; I have always liked high fashion and in correlation, high-end objects (real estate). I first started off with modeling where real estate was only an idea I was toying with, so it wasn’t until I was officially solidified in the aspect of modeling did I begin branching out into the real estate world. To further expand on the subject, I want to be involved in many fields of life, so modeling was just a springboard for things to come, while real estate is just a spring off of the modeling career I have already built myself into.

Is there synergy between being a high-fashion model and working in luxury real estate?

Absolutely! Think of it this way: high fashion is glamorous, coveted, and draws a sense of awe, similar to luxury multi-million dollar property, it bathes you in a heavy sense of boujee as you call it. High Fashion shots are often pictured IN an environment of a luxury house, courtyard, or driveway, so what is that? Luxury real estate! Bingo! The correlation is such a repetitive theme most people don’t pick up on it because the two are so commonly intertwined.

What are your dreams?

I am ever-evolving, so at times my dream structure and dream goal change, one taking the place of one and vice versa, so I am a spontaneous dreamer, and at my age who isn’t? But to better answer your question- My dream is to be a signed high fashion model with a major agency such as IMG, etc, verified on Instagram, reality tv show socialite, and plastic surgery center owner, as you can see there is a certain trend and pattern going and I am in love with being in front of the camera and promoting beauty, alluring aesthetics, and fashion!

Tell us about your favorite modeling campaigns. What did you enjoy the most?

Honestly, my favorite campaign to date was the cover of L’Officiel cover in November for India in 2020; it is a fashion magazine that is on the level of Bazaar, Vogue, Elle, and the sorts so for me to be on a magazine brand cover that only celebrities like Kim Kardashian or the highest-paid models like Bella Hadid and Adriana Lima grace was a HUGE sense of achievement and self-empowerment to the point where I felt like- ok I am legit now I have made it.

You have a massive following on Instagram. (73K). How do you stand out from the competition?

Perhaps my own sense of self, in a way my own brand, and my motto “Crazy NOT Lazy!” Which is the subheading to my IG name and title bio, I am also sassy, I have my own sense of style, attitude, and flair, I dare to post, say, dress, and wear things that are a bit out of the ordinary but I couple it with my beguiling confident attitude so it produces a one of a kind social cocktail people can’t get enough of, so they end up coming back for another sip. To be honest, even if someone isn’t my biggest fan they are constantly fascinated by me and my evolution and how I keep moving further up and accomplishing accomplishments on top of accomplishments that they just can’t keep their eyes off of.

Is the price of success expensive?

Very much so! As the tried and true sayings go: “It takes money to make money” and “scared money doesn’t make any money!” If you want a successful and above-average lifestyle and the freedom to live on your own terms and go and venture out on your goals and dreams on your own terms, it won’t be cheap or easy. Success, like anything in life, has a price and a cost but it is well worth the price, hence why it is DEFINITELY not, and never will be cheap, success and the power and enjoyment it gives you is EXPENSIVE and worth EVERY penny!

Do you need a strong work ethic to succeed in the modeling business?

Most Definitely!! The modeling industry these days is oversaturated so you do have to work EXTRA hard to actually stand out, be noticed, get cast, get jobs and get covers, results, and prominence. Not only that but you have to have thick skin and be able to handle rejection and moving forward. The modeling world is unique and diverse and you could be the most beautiful human being alive but if they aren’t currently casting for that look for a specific time then they will tell you they will pass on you and at first, it can feel offensive but it’s just a normal part of the game. An example of this is when I was told I would NEVER get a cover unless I was signed with a large agency, and when I would go around to the open castings to try and get signed I would get rejected because my Instagram following wasn’t as strong initially, I had 0 covers, lacked fashion shots, and fashion show experience, and I would feel very down and like I would never get there. About two years later, I have done over a dozen fashion shows; I have hundreds of high fashion shots from top fashion photographers in Manhattan, and 10 top fashion covers, almost 80k followers on IG, and I am about to print my model book and present myself as the bigger and better version of myself.

What advice would you give young models?

KEEP GOING, keep trying, and DO NOT quit!

What is next for you in 2021?

Good question! I have many but I don’t like giving out too many of my secrets before they come to fruition, it’s up for me to know and others to find out. Who doesn’t like surprises?
