The NAFCA Hollywood 2016 Film and Honorary Awards was taped Saturday night November 19 at the Prestigious Alex Theatre in Glendale, California USA, ahead of the television broadcast, which will air at a later date on NTA and EBC.

and Claudia Jordan, the 6th annual show handed out big honors to The Ooni of Ife with the Legend Award, Ted Mills for the Lifetime Achievement Award in Entertainment, Gov. Benedict Ayade (Image & Humanitarian Awards – Cross River State), Prophet Jeremiah O. Fufeyin(Humanitarian award), Kester Ezuma (Humanitarian and Image awards), Reginald Dorsey (Image Award) and Others.
 
Musical performances by the Legendary Keith Washington, Ted Mills 

and other talented artists such as Mya Prince Twins, V4MUSIK (South Africa), Angel Ng performed during the memoriam and KIOSHI got standing ovation for the song “Get Up and Stay Woke”
Stephanie Okereke 

won the NAFCA golden trophy for her box-office hit “Dry,” Straight Outta Compton won the Best Foreign Film: The Boxing Day, Tribe and The Return of The Don” were all victorious.
